Testing Canon IXUS 100 IS (Powershot SD780 IS) – raw footage of Connemara

with 8 comments

“”"Watch in HQ / HD”"” A short clip shot in high quality video mode with my new Canon IXUS. This footage was taken on the Sky Road in Connemara (County Galway, Ireland). I shot the video in 1280 x 720 30 fps mode. I’m using a Sandisk Extreme III SDHC 8GB card. This clip is 22.8 seconds in length and the file size is 65MB. So far i’ve been really impressed with this camera and can’t see why one would use a Flip HD if you could have an 12 megapixel camera that shoots HD?

As you can see, I’m also very partial to Canon, Panasonic and Sony – which for my money, produce the best video equipment available.
